HOW DO CLASSES WORK?
A: You’re connected with a teacher at a time convenient for you. You will meet via Skype, or face-to-face if possible. All classes are designed personally for you – no generalized curriculum.
HOW DO I PAY?
A: We accept all payments through PayPal’s secure system. PayPal automatically handles currency conversion.
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?
A: Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. You choose.
CAN I TRY IT FIRST?
A: Of course! Email support@studentplanet.us to schedule your free 30 min trial. We’ll use the session to find out your needs and see if it’s a good fit.
WHO ARE YOUR TEACHERS?
A: All of our teachers are native speakers of American English with experience teaching ESL.
CAN I PICK MY TEACHER?
A: Yes! You can see all of our staff here. If the teacher you want to work with is available, we’ll connect you. If not, we’ll help you find an equally awesome teacher.
