Hillary Betzen received her masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Kansas State University.

She has been teaching Accent Modification for 6 years throughout the Midwest and Pacific Northwest.

She lives in Portland, OR, and enjoys hiking, traveling to new places, and watching Star Wars!

My professional experience includes working with Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Philips, in sales & marketing, PR & branding. And then, I extended my areas to include inter-cultural communication and higher education since 2001.
I am an Inter-cultural Communication trainer & Global Career Coach. I have worked professionally at international corporations in Australia, Canada, China, Taiwan, the U.K., and am currently based in San Diego, California. I have worked with expats in C-suite & manager positions at Uniliver, Novartis, Roche, Crown Relocations, just to name a few.
My expat life allows me to adapt to different personalities, cultures, religions, and beliefs. I absolutely enjoy working with people that insist on a passionate lifestyle. I want to inspire you to explore deeper into your own needs that may exist in your personal and professional lives.

Tommy Cox

I am a native of San Diego, California, and I began teaching at 17 years of age. I have a passion for helping students to improve their English skills; it brings me joy to see a smile on their face when they begin to grow and are able to communicate.

I speak Spanish, and so I understand the challenges of learning another language. I am a life long learner, always seeking knowledge and techniques in order to assist students in achieving their goals.  I am here for you.  I am a competitor and champion (2002 World Beach Bocce Ball Championships) and I bring that same drive and determination to my teaching.
